商品描述

Patrón aims to produce the highest quality Tequila in Mexico. They believe that using only high-quality raw ingredients to develop deep, complex flavors. The Weber Blue Agave only harvested with optimal sugar content and hand-chopped to get the piñas. The resulting mixture is fermented for three days, distilled and, in some cases, aged in handmade barrels.

 

Patrón Añejo

Patrón Añejo is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged over 12 months in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels.

 

Color: Warm amber

Aromas: Oak wood, vanilla & raisins

Taste: Oak wood with notes of vanilla, raisin & honey

Finish: Caramel & smoky notes

 

Cocktail Suggestion: Patrón Añejo Old Fashioned

60 ml       Patrón Añejo

7.5 ml      Simple syrup

1 dash     Bitters

+      Orange zest

 

METHOD

1.     Over a double old fashioned glass, use a vegetable peeler to take off two strips of orange zest, making sure to express the oil into the glass.

2.     Add Patrón Añejo, simple syrup, and bitters.

3.     Add ice- the biggest cubes you can find- and stir

4.     Adjust sweetness to taste
