The Vineyards

-Thefamily vineyards cover approximately 12 hectares, cultivated on the hillsidesof the Grand Cru terroir of VERZENAY

-Divisionof grape varieties: 80 % Pinot Noir and 20 % Chardonnay

-Ageof the vines: 35 years on average, the oldest vines were planted in 1950

-Specificsof the vine cultivation: vine training "Cordon de Royat" for thePinot Noir, vine training "Chablis" for the Chardonnay

-Thecultivation of the vineyards is done with respect to the environment. Thefamily vineyards are certified High Environmental Value and SustainableViticulture in Champagne.

TastingNotes

Palegold in color with a thick stream of creamy bubbles. A rich nose filled withnotes of yellow peach, cassis and chalk. The palate is very fruity and rich,with notes of white peach and cassis, and it citrusy finish.

TheBrut is perfect as an aperitif, to accompany a pork tenderloin with apricots orwith a fruitcake. The Demi-Sec pairs well with any dessert.
