Rested for six months in once-used bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill Distilleries, the gin retains the giant juniper notes while gaining tremendously warm, woody spice from the barrel. Charred wood & clove on the nose, with the juniper forest shining through. Vanilla extracts mingle with baked orange, while the pallet has a hint of mandarin & black pepper.

BOTANICALS:

Juniper, Coriander, Bitter Orange Peel, Grains Of Paradise, Angelica, Cassia, Orris, Cardamom, Tasmanian Pepperberry

Cocktail Suggestion

Lion's Tail

2 oz Bourbon Barreled Big Gin

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

½ oz Allspice Dram

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Lightly express the oil from an orange peel over the top.
