Domaine Delas was founded over 160 years ago and today is owned by the prestigious Champagne house Louis Roederer.
The Doamine cultivates vineyards on the steep granite slopes of the northern Rhône, in some of the region's most prestigious appellations. Additional grapes are supplied through long-term agreements with southern Rhone growers dedicated to providing only top quality grapes. Even their entry level series such as Côtes-du-Rhône and has won renewed praise for their intensity of flavour and excellent value.
This cuvée is located on the left bank of the Rhône, at the foot of the limestone massif of Mont Ventoux, the same climatic and grape variety conditions as the neighboring vineyards of Côtes-du-Rhône. It is mainly produced by grapes Grenache and Syrah. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and then stored in stainless steel vats and aged 6-8 months.
