Domaine Delas was founded over 160 yearsago and today is owned by the prestigious Champagne house Louis Roederer.
The Doamine cultivates vineyards on thesteep granite slopes of the northern Rhône, in some of the region's mostprestigious appellations. Additional grapes are supplied through long-termagreements with southern Rhone growers dedicated to providing only top qualitygrapes. Even their entry level series such as Côtes-du-Rhône and has won renewed praise for their intensity of flavourand excellent value.
This cuvée is located on the left bank ofthe Rhône, at the foot of the limestone massif of Mont Ventoux, the sameclimatic and grape variety conditions as the neighboring vineyards of Côtes-du-Rhône. It is mainly produced by grapes Grenache and Syrah. After malolacticfermentation, the wines are blended and then stored in stainless steel vats andaged 6-8 months.
