Description
An exceptional Prosecco comes from the hills outside of Treviso: il Prosecco dei Colli Trevigiani. The grapes originate at a medium-high level in the hills and therefore it takes longer for them to ripen. This gives the Prosecco a fuller and more acidic aromatic compound, mainly, malic acid which helps preserve the wine. It is a very balanced sparkling wine, with a soft and lingering structure and slightly bitter aftertaste. This helps determine its characteristics, making it fuller and more structured.

Vinification and Ageing
The second fermentation takes place in autoclaves with a fermenting temperature that does not exceed 16 °C. Due to its specific characteristics.
