Description

Restedfor six months in once-used bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill Distilleries, thegin retains the giant juniper notes while gaining tremendously warm, woodyspice from the barrel. Charred wood & clove on the nose, with the juniperforest shining through. Vanilla extracts mingle with baked orange, while thepallet has a hint of mandarin & black pepper.

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

½ ozFresh Lime Juice

½ ozSimple Syrup

½ ozAllspice Dram
