Description

Aperol is a Aperitivo liquid distinctive in colour and taste, with a uniqueness defined by its bright, vibrant and lively orange hue and perfectly bittersweet essence, a result of its highly confidential original recipe which has remained a secret since its creation.


Camapri & Aperol: What is the difference?
Campari is a deep red and is 20.5 to 28.5%, which is twice that of Aperol. Aperol is orange color, sweeter than Campari and has around 11 percent ABV level.

Aperol Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients
  • 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (90mL)
  • 2 parts of Aperol (60mL)
  • 1 splash of soda (30mL)
  • 1 slide of orange
Preparation
  1. Place ice cubes in a stemmed balloon glass.
  2. Pour 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (90mL).
  3. Follow by pouring 2 parts of Aperol (60mL), and 1 ounce of soda (30mL).
  4. Slice an orange and use it as a garnish.
